03081 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic it can suddenly lead to a significantly more nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit high and data-bus powertrain, missing message from level control module (j197) is the final reason of the code. |
03081 Possible Causes:
03081 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03081 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
