Staring in engine valve for pump - jet: cylinder 10 (n306), regulation range exceeded retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), electrical malfunction or change injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
03071 Possible Causes:
03071 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03071 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
