This code were stamped on VW Engine case injector cylinder 16 (n393), open circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 4 main catalyst, effectiveness too low and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'd' / 'f', voltage correlation is the final reason of the code. |
03021 Possible Causes:
03021 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03021 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), regulation range exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
