03020 Description And Summary : |

The problem is about activation 2-unit injector valve, short to b+ retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start butterfly valve control unit 2 (j544), under voltage during basic adjustment also internal control module, malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
03020 Possible Causes:
03020 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03020 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic actuator position sender (g302), no / incorrect basic setting/adaptation
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
