03019 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault valve for pump - jet, cylinder 1 (n240), electrical malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too high and reductant injection valve bank 1 unit 2, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
03019 Possible Causes:
03019 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 03019 Code
- Inspect all the connections shift up/down wire, open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
