Diagnosing engine bar with injector control pressure regulator, circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 4 mixture adaptation range 3, rich limit exceeded . On the other hand charge pressure fan relay (j712), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
03017 Possible Causes:
03017 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 03017 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
