03012 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust bank 3, probe 1 heating circuit short-circuit after mass to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so a camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high or exhaust pressure sensor 2, high will delay your vw fault. |
03012 Possible Causes:
03012 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 03012 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature bank 1, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
