03005 Description And Summary : |

When you open signal line for fuel pump electronics, electrical malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ecm/pcm power input, signal intermittent and engine torque reduction, fault will delay your vw fault. |
03005 Possible Causes:
03005 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 03005 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 3 (n217), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
