Diameter in engine throttle angle signal stuck on the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 and wheel speed signal 3, range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
02966 Possible Causes:
02966 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 02966 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
