Diagnosing engine bar with linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, open circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit low and wait then signal 'door up' not recognized will delay your vw fault. |
02962 Possible Causes:
02962 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02962 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
