Staring in engine potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor exhaust bank 3, probe 2 heating circuit of electrical errors or diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'b', circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

02960 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 02960 Code
- Inspect all the connections nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
