Diagnosing engine bar with system too lean at higher load, bank 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles camshaft position signal output, circuit low or pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
02955 Possible Causes:
02955 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 02955 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 2, too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
