The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control module 1 for cooling fan, excess temperature the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles sensor 3 for intake air temperature (g520), signal low or change fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit will delay your vw fault. |
02953 Possible Causes:
02953 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 02953 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit / open bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
