02944 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty it can suddenly lead to a significantly more evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, performance or fuel pump "b" control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
02944 Possible Causes:
02944 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02944 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, missing message from clutch control
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
