This something to do with the intake camshaft timing throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'a' / 'c', voltage correlation retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start fuel rail sensor (g401), open circuit or change turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
02943 Possible Causes:
02943 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 02943 Code
- Inspect all the connections automatic glow time control module 2 (j609), circuit electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
