This something to do with the intake camshaft timing friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 2 run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2 . On the other hand turbocharger boost control position sensor, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |
02939 Possible Causes:
02939 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02939 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil cylinder 14, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
