This something to do with the intake camshaft timing fuel injection valve 1 (n366), open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', minimum stop performance . On the other hand please check dtc memory of instrument cluster will delay your vw fault. |
02928 Possible Causes:
02928 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 02928 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake flap motor 2 (v275), no signal
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
