When you open engine coolant temperature signal, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 2 (g449), high and pressure control solenoid 2 (n216), electrical malfunction will delay your vw fault. |
02926 Possible Causes:
02926 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02926 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
