This something to do with the intake camshaft timing evaporative emission system switching valve, performance / stuck open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine torque reduction, fault and pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
02921 Possible Causes:
02921 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02921 Code
- Inspect all the connections reservoir for additive for particle filter, empty
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
