02919 Possible Causes:
02919 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction

- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections intake manifold flap; bank 2, stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
