Diagnosing engine bar with activation 2-unit injector valve, electrical malfunction the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles a/c refrigerant distribution valve control, circuit / open also signal line for tiptronic: electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
02916 Possible Causes:
02916 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02916 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 2 (n367), open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
