This something to do with the intake camshaft timing a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent and wait then throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'e' / 'f', voltage correlation is the final reason of the code. |
02914 Possible Causes:
02914 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 02914 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
