Accumulated in electronic control units so shift lock, open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor heater sense bank 2, circuit or valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
02906 Possible Causes:
02906 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02906 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost pressure not detected - mechanical
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
