The problem is about linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake nox sensor bank 1, circuit intermittent . On the other hand o2 sensor pumping current trim bank 2 sensor 1, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
02904 Possible Causes:
02904 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 02904 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
