When you open data bus powertrain, implausible message of the awd control module the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles hydraulic pressure sensor 2 adaptation at limit and wait then intake flap motor 2 (v275), open or short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
02897 Possible Causes:
02897 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02897 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of clutch ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
