This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ecm/pcm power input, signal high run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed intake manifold runner bank 1, high temperature or change turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
02885 Possible Causes:
02885 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 02885 Code
- Inspect all the connections ng high pressure valve (n372), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
