The problem is about load signal from alternator terminal df, short to ground it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit high bank 1 . So for next oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, lower limit exceeded is the final reason of the code. |

What To Check After Fixing 02879 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
