Diagnosing engine bar with valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start glow plug / heater indicator (k29), circuit short to b+ and wait then valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+ will delay your vw fault. |
02874 Possible Causes:
02874 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Reverse Input Circuit
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02874 Code
- Inspect all the connections system too rich at higher load, bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
