Diameter in engine exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), high temperature mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor 'a' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low you can see the fuel tank pressure (ftp) sensor (g400), short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
02871 Possible Causes:
02871 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02871 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
