Staring in engine accelerator position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor cylinder 3 above knock threshold you can see the exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
02865 Possible Causes:
02865 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 02865 Code
- Inspect all the connections cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
