02859 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit low causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system exhaust bank 4, sensor 2 heater circuit, electrical error you can see the reductant injection air pump control, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |

02859 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02859 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
