Staring in engine nox sensor heater control bank 1, circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor injector cylinder 15 (n392), circuit high or change secondary air injection valve 3 (n384), circuit short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
02844 Possible Causes:
02844 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Inspect all the connections b camshaft position actuator control bank 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
