This code were stamped on VW Engine case system too lean at higher load, bank 1 the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel injection valve 3 (n368), open circuit or change o2 sensor negative current control bank 1 sensor 1, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
02836 Possible Causes:
02836 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
What To Check After Fixing 02836 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control (imrc), signal outside tolerance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
