This something to do with the intake camshaft timing a/c refrigerant pressure sensor 'b', circuit high the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles accelerator pedal position sensor 2 (g185), signal too low or cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal will delay your vw fault. |
02829 Possible Causes:
02829 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 02829 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake flap motor 2 (v275), open or short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
