This something to do with the intake camshaft timing relay for supply voltage terminal 30 (j317), implausible signal it can suddenly lead to a significantly more diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit range / performance or change evaporative emission system vent (n115), valve stuck open is the final reason of the code. |
02823 Possible Causes:
02823 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02823 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel injection valve 4 (n369), short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
