The problem is about injector control pressure regulator, circuit low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start o2 sensor signal bank 1 sensor 1, biased / stuck rich or fuel pump "b" control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
02820 Possible Causes:
02820 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 02820 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission ratio, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
