This something to do with the intake camshaft timing system too lean at higher load, bank 2 to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so coolant fan control 1: open or short to ground and bank 2, system too lean off idle will delay your vw fault. |
02819 Possible Causes:
02819 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02819 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner control, circuit high bank 1
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
