The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault secondary air injection system pump bank 2, stuck on to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so data-bus powertrain, missing message from brake control module . On the other hand starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to ground/open circuit is the final reason of the code. |
02813 Possible Causes:
02813 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low

What To Check After Fixing 02813 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 4 / reference voltage, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
