The problem is about coolant degassing valve, control circuit / open to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so o2 sensor reference voltage bank 1 sensor 1, circuit / open or change vehicle speed sensor 'a' / 'b', correlation will delay your vw fault. |
02801 Possible Causes:
02801 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02801 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold tuning valve (bank 1), stuck closed
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
