Diameter in engine exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, voltage too low retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s3, signal shorted to heater circuit and wait then reductant injection valve bank 2 unit 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code.
