02793 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so valve for torque support mount, short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles diesel particle filter: excessive soot accumulation you can see the coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
02793 Possible Causes:
02793 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02793 Code
- Inspect all the connections intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit range / performance bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
