This something to do with the intake camshaft timing crankshaft position signal output, circuit low mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor throttle/pedal position sensor 'c', minimum stop performance you can see the radiator exhaust control 2, short-circuit after mass will delay your vw fault. |
02792 Possible Causes:
02792 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 02792 Code
- Inspect all the connections change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
