Accumulated in electronic control units so engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance it can suddenly lead to a significantly more intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit low bank 1 you can see the ignition coil 'i' primary control, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
02790 Possible Causes:
02790 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
What To Check After Fixing 02790 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b3 s1, heater return coupling
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
