Staring in engine activation glow plug control module, electrical malfunction it can suddenly lead to a significantly more idle regulation lean operation: rpm too high . On the other hand clutch slip control, signal too high is the final reason of the code. |
02788 Possible Causes:
02788 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02788 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
