Staring in engine exhaust gas temperature, bank 1 sensor 1, out of range it can suddenly lead to a significantly more tiptronic switch up (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ . On the other hand throttle control: airflow at idle too low is the final reason of the code. |
02784 Possible Causes:
02784 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 02784 Code
- Inspect all the connections diesel particulate filter pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
