Staring in engine 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance and wait then motor for intake manifold flap (v157), open / short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
02766 Possible Causes:
02766 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
What To Check After Fixing 02766 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission solenoid power relay, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
