This something to do with the intake camshaft timing bank 1, system too lean off idle the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust gas recirculation vent control, circuit / open or fuel mode indicator lamp control, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
02745 Possible Causes:
02745 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 02745 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 2, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
