The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault motor for intake manifold flap (v157), malfunction causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system control unit programming, programming not finished you can see the nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit intermittent is the final reason of the code. |

02738 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses

- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 02738 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
