This something to do with the intake camshaft timing injector cylinder 14 (n392), open circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor o2 sensor signal bank 2 sensor 2, biased / stuck lean and wait then tiptronic switch recognition (f189), open circuit / signal to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
02728 Possible Causes:
02728 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 02728 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, implausible message of the a/c control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
