When you open secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor fuel injector group 'c' supply voltage, circuit / open also fuel pump "b" control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |
02723 Possible Causes:
02723 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 02723 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
